1. Dubai Miracle Garden

This garden is a treat for your eye and truly miraculous. It consists of thousands of flowers blooming in a desert landscape; the view is awe-striking. This was my first tourist spot in Dubai and believe me it was magical. Every flower arrangement is unique and picture-worthy.

2. Dubai Creek – Dhow Cruise

This attraction is a saltwater brook in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and it ends at Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. It is one place you can witness the amazing nightlife of Dubai. The creek and its ferries take you back in time as you explore the grandeur of Dubai from within. Dhow Cruise is of the famous ferry tour which offers sumptuous meals and live entertainment as you enjoy the boat ride.

3. Gold Souk

Popularly known as the ‘City of Gold’ in the Middle East, Dubai is the best place to marvel at the yellow metal. The Najmat Taiba, the largest gold ring in the world is on display here. The ring weighs 64 kg and is studded in 5.1 kg precious stones. The Old Souk marine station and the Dubai fish and vegetable market are nearby attractions in Deira.

4. Saga World

Saga World is an Arabian style shopping mall that exhibits works of art in furniture, pottery, tapestry, ornamental decoration, and clothing. The mall houses boutiques that carry a variety of products from fashion wear to souvenirs and everything you can think of. It also had two restaurants that serve delicious food to cater to the visitors of the Mall.

5. Palm Jumeirah

Dubai and its outskirts have many man-made islands. Palm Islands are a set of two such artificial islands – the Palm Jebel Ali and the Palm Jumeirah. Palm Jumeira is the only completed island in Dubai built in the shape of a palm tree. The best way to view this island is from the air or the Observation Deck at the Burj Khalifa. Hire a speedboat from Palm Jumeirah and visit the attractions nearby.

6. The Dubai Fountain

Have you seen a water fountain? Yes, but I bet you may not have seen such a big one unless you have visited Dubai. With a towering height of 900 feet, the Dubai Fountain is a delight to watch. Spend your evening here or club your Burj Khalifa night tour with it. The fountain performs on rhythms and songs; from classical to Arabic to world music.

The interiors and ambiance mesmerize your senses as you explore its artsy exuberance. There are two-level tours to the Burj Khalifa, which take you to the 124th and 148th floor respectively. I was thrilled to get the birds-eye view of pf Dubai city from the top (124th floor).

Dubai is known for its magnificent structures, one among them is the Dubai frame. It’s one of the best places to visit in Dubai. The building is a massive picture frame covered in 22K gold plating. You will be amazed to see Dubai’s past and future with animations and graphics.

9. Desert Safari

Yearning for an adventure in Dubai? Try Desert Safari and explore the sand dunes with your family. We started our drive in the afternoon and watched the blissful sunset on the dunes before hitting the campsite. A lavish BBQ with veg and non-veg options followed by live performances and belly dance will make lifetime memories.

One Day Trip to Abudhabi

10. Grand Mosque

My itinerary included a day trip to Abu Dhabi. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is the 7th largest mosque in the world and my first stop in Abu Dhabi. The enigmatic piece of architectural design is decorated with Swarovski Crystal chandeliers, gold minarets, the world’s largest carpet (60,570 square feet), and can hold more than 40,000 devotees for prayers.

11. Ferrari World

Founded in 2010, Ferrari World is the largest theme park in Abu Dhabi. This park has all the adventure activities centered around a Ferrari. To explore the entire theme park you need at least 3-4 hours. Since I was in a rush to get back to Dubai, I explored the free section of the park and my experience was awe-striking. There are around 17 Ferrari-rides that adorn this place. Visitors can also indulge in a fine dining experience and shopping here.

Skydive Dubai

Want to spike your adrenaline? I did! Wow, how excited I was for this thrilling activity. I planned skydiving on the last day of my trip to Dubai. Skydive Dubai is one of the best places to visit in Dubai. I put all my savings into my dream adventure here. Fly high above the ground and have the panoramic views of the city below. Bungee jumping and Skydiving were on my bucket list for long and now I slash them off my list.
